Search Queries
A name or place entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside provider that operates the tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its response. Warren County Criminal History does not keep or record those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or other direct message may be retained long enough to respond and maintain the related correspondence. It remains within the operating team unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically

No Criminal-Record Data on File
Warren County Criminal History neither maintains nor sells a database of personal criminal records. It publishes reference material about the Warren County Clerk of Courts, local police and prison channels, the Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository, and the PSP Megan's Law Public Website. The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor data is not compiled into a consumer report or a criminal record about another person.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the site's search tools. Their privacy policies, not this policy, govern information entered into those boxes. Each partner decides how it retains, processes, and shares query data. Review those terms before using a tool.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Warren County offices, Pennsylvania courts and agencies, legal resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor leaves this website, the destination's policy controls. Its terms should be reviewed before personal information is provided.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to follow activity across websites for targeted advertising. We do not control that tracking.

Pennsylvania criminal-history dissemination is separately controlled by 18 Pa.C.S. § 9121. Subject to the law that applies to a request, a visitor may:
- Object to or opt out of certain processing where the law permits
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Ask for access to personal information held about them
- Seek deletion when a governing law provides that right
