Terms of Use

These conditions govern access to and use of Warren County Criminal History. Visiting a page, reading its content, or submitting a search means the visitor accepts all terms stated below. Anyone who does not agree must stop using the website.

NO FCRA USE. This privately operated website has no affiliation with a government body. Neither it nor its advertising partners offers a service for credit, employment, insurance, tenant, or other decisions governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The reference material concerns official record resources in Warren County and Pennsylvania. The site is neither a consumer reporting agency nor a private investigation firm.

1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government connection. It does not store official criminal records, perform an official check, retrieve a record, or submit a filing for any person.

Its function is to identify record custodians, including the Warren County Clerk of Courts, local police and prison channels, the Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository, and the PSP Megan's Law Public Website. It may also link to outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use of the site is conditioned on an agreement not to:

  • Operate bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools against the pages
  • Stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass a person with information found here
  • Violate a federal, Pennsylvania, or local law
  • Use site content for hiring, housing, credit, or insurance decisions

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

No one may use information from this website or a linked tool to harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate against another person. Such conduct can also violate criminal law. The rule is especially important for the PSP Megan's Law Public Website. Pennsylvania makes registry data available for public safety awareness, not retaliation, vigilante conduct, or unlawful discrimination against a listed person.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Warren County Criminal History is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and does not create background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Its advertising partners do not offer their linked services here for FCRA-regulated screening. Site or linked-tool information may not be used to:

  • Evaluate creditworthiness or insurance rates
  • Make a hiring or termination decision
  • Review a rental or housing application
  • Determine eligibility for a license, permit, or public program
  • Carry out any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

A check needed for a regulated purpose must come from the Pennsylvania State Police or a screening provider that complies with the FCRA and the law governing that purpose.

5. No Legal Advice

Site content is general information, not legal advice. It cannot determine how a warrant, charge, conviction, expungement, or limited-access rule applies to a particular case. Advice on those questions must come from a licensed Pennsylvania attorney.

6. No Warranties

All material is supplied "as is." No warranty is made that:

  • A partner's search result will be complete or correct
  • Information is accurate, current, or complete at all times
  • The website will operate without interruption
  • Every page is free from bugs, errors, or security weaknesses

Charges, dispositions, access limits, and expungements can alter a record. Updates may lag, and omissions can occur. Nothing published here is an official statement from a Warren County court, police agency, prison, sheriff, or Pennsylvania office.

Links can lead to county offices, court portals, Pennsylvania agencies, legal resources, and outside search services. The destination is independent and outside our control. These terms may be revised at any time. A revision becomes effective when the updated language is posted on this page.

13. Cutting Off Access

Access may be restricted or ended at any time, for any reason, without advance notice.

14. Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions remain effective. The affected language will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
